Apni Party’s Ramban prez joins PDP

A senior political figure and Ramban district president of the Apni Party, Altaf Hussain Lone, joined the People’s Democratic Party on Thursday. PDP’S vicepresident Choudhary Abdul Hamid said the BJP was a threat to the social fabric of India and people have to fight this conspiracy in the larger interest of the country. Choudhary said the current political situation across the country was outcome of the politics of hatred and division by the BJP just to stay in power. “People above political affiliations and beliefs have to unit to avoid future deterioration of situation and steer the country out of the current morass”, he added.
