Misusing police to settle political scores

Governments are misusing the police force to teach a lesson to their political opponents and critics. The situation is such that the police are sent to arrest the person concerned by calling any tweet or Facebook post objectionable. The police, which should be vigilant against those posing serious challenges to law and order, instead prefer to run behind those who make “objectionable comments/ posts at the behest of their political masters”.
