Mohali blast acid test for Bhagwant Mann

Undeniably, the Mohali bomb blast of May 9 is a matter of serious concern. Anti-social elements have again tried to disturb peace in Punjab. It’s shocking that a rocketpropelled grenade was fired at the high-security Punjab Police intelligence headquarters. Such grenades are targeted at military assets, including vehicles like tanks. The Punjab director general of police must ensure the culprits are behind bars at the earliest. For chief minister Bhagwant Mann, this incident is an acid test.
