Doctor found dead in canal in Amritsar

AMRITSAR: A doctor was found dead in a canal in Sultanwind area of the city on Tuesday. Police sources say he was a resident of Green Avenue and had been missing since May 15. His car was found on the banks of the canal on Monday, following which a search operation was started. The body has been sent to civil hospital for postmortem.
