Delhi man kills four family members, one by one, over four hours, say cops

NEW DELHI: Delhi Police have arrested a 25-year-old man for allegedly murdering four members of his family in south-west Delhi’s Palam following a quarrel, purportedl­y over money.

Keshav Saini is accused of murdering his grandmothe­r Diwano Devi (75), mother Darshan Saini (45), father Dinesh Saini (50), and sister Urvashi

Saini (22) on Tuesday at their two-bedroom house on the second floor of a residentia­l building in Palam’s Raj Park neighbourh­ood. He was arrested while attempting to flee.

Dinesh’s elder brother and his family lived on the first floor , and the elder brother’s son Kuldeep, 26, the complainan­t in the case, said Keshav “was a drug addict for around 10 years”, and returned from a rehabilita­tion centre a few months ago.
