Will SC review its order?

Apropos to the news, ‘SC order a violation of Constitution: CIC; November 27, 2022. During the hearing of an RTI application demanding details of salaries to imams, the observation of information commissioner that the Supreme Court’s order in 1993 directing the Waqf boards to pay salaries to imams violated the constitutional provision that taxpayers’ money will not be used for promotion and maintenance of a particular religion has once again put the matter up for debate in the public domain.
