What’s the most unique thing about your appraisal system?
Our appraisal system is directly linked to the company’s strategy, through the implementation of the ‘balanced score card.’ Thus every employee’s key result areas (KRAs), are linked to the overall objectives of the company for that year. Additionally, the KRAs are discussed and mutually agreed upon and signed off at the beginning of the year itself. The system also provides for a mid-year appraisal which help both the appraisee and the appraiser engage in a meaningful and share feedback and improve. The system is also online and completely automated, thus making it completely fair and transparent
