Fog: 4 major trains cancelled till Feb 13
ALONG WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE MAJOR TRAINS, THE FEROZEPUR DIVISION IS ALSO REDUCING THE FREQUENCY OF INTERCITY TRAINS
JALANDHAR : The Ferozepur railway division has announced the cancellations of trains. Also, it has reduced the frequency of daily commuting trains, due to the expected increase in the foggy weather.
As per the schedule, released by the division on Thursday, four major trains will remain cancelled from December 2 till February 13.
Shaheed Express (14674) running from Amritsar to Jaynagar, Bihar that runs four days a week will remain cancelled till February 13.

Jansewa Express (15209) running from Saharsa, Bihar till Amritsar and Jansewa Express (15210) running from Amritsar to Saharsa, Bihar will be cancelled till February 14.
REDUCTION IN FREQUENCY OF TRAINS
Along with the cancellation of the major trains, the division is also reducing the frequency of intercity trains.
On Tuesday, Ferozepur Intercity train (14625) will remain cancelled; Delhi Rohilla (14626) on Wednesday; Saryuyamuna Express (14650) on Wednesday; Saryuyamuna Express (14649) on Friday; Jannayak Express (15211) will remain cancelled on Wednesday.
Similarly, Jannayak Express (15212) on Friday; Himgiri Express (12331) remain to cancel on Tuesday; Himgiri Express (12332) on Thursday; Amritsar Mail (13005) to remain cancel on Monday.
Likewise, other trains are Amritsar-howrah Mail (13006) on Wednesday; Amritsar Express (13049) on Tuesday;amritsar-howrah Express (13050) on Thursday; Jammu Tawi Express (13151) will remain cancelled on Wednesday and Kolkota Express (13152) on Friday. The decision is likely to evoke mixed reactions.
