Two Punjab Police ASIS killed in fog-related accident

BARNALA: Two assistant sub-inspectors (ASIS) posted at the Punjab Police Academy, Phillaur, were killed while two of their colleagues were injured on Friday when the car they were travelling in rammed into a truck amid fog at Handiaya town near the district headquarters in Barnala. The accident took place around 6:30am. The four cops belong to different parts of Muktsar and were going to Patiala where they were assigned duties.
