UP’S ABYSMAL LAW AND ORDER

-

The law and order situation in Uttar Pradesh is in an abysmal state and should be a matter of concern for the BJP. Two police officers are lynched in a month by armed mobs, and chief minister Yogi Adityanath calls it accidental. A good thing is that the polarising campaign by Yogi did not strike a chord with the local population of states, where elections were held recently. If Namo desires to retain power, the loud-mouth Yogi needs to be unseated, and asked to do what he does best, chanting shlokas and feeding cows, especially in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha polls, as he has become a liability for the BJP, and the race is now much more balanced between the BJP and the Opposition. No more a cake-walk.
