LET THE CHILDREN GO OUT

Hindustan Times (Chandigarh) - - Punjab/haryana -

In this age of internet and computer games, it is important that children should go out and play to ease exam stress. According to the World Health Organisation (WHO), children should get about an hour of aerobic activity every day. But usually, children get to do only 20-30 minutes of moderate to vigorous exercise. Thus, parents should give their children more time for unstructured physical activity every day.
