A team-building exercise was held in the second session of the programme, with the aim of fostering team spirit among the ministers, their departments and bureaucrats.
“We learnt and discussed ways to foster team spirit. It was an enriching session,” said excise minister Ram Naresh Agnihotri.
As part of the exercise, the participants were divided into different groups and told to come up with a strategy to survive being stranded in a desert.
“During the exercise, we learnt to take decisions collectively and hone decision-making skills,” state minister Sidharth Nath Singh said.
Adityanath said by teaming up with IIM, the state government will be able to achieve the goal of becoming a $1 trillion economy. “Through this programme, we will be able to deliver on the development promise and also reach the target of $1 trillion economy,” he added.
