Postpone INI-CET by a month, says SC

The Supreme Court on Friday ordered that the Institute of National Importance-combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) be postponed by a month so that doctors on Covid-19 duty can get more time to prepare for the exam. The test was scheduled to be held on June 16 by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) across multiple centres in the country. The INI-CET is the sole gateway for MBBS students to pursue their post-graduate courses at the most prestigious public medical institutes of the country.
