A forensic challenge

FSL teams have picked up blood traces from the kitchen slab and wooden cabinet of the sink, and the bones recovered from forested areas in Chhattarpur

FSL teams have handed evidence to police, and are waiting for police to send them back to their lab

FSL will first ascertain if the bones belong to a human, and if so, then whether they are of a man or woman

Then they will do a DNA profiling to see whether they belong to Walkar by matching it with samples collected from her father

The FSL teams will also check if the blood belonged to Walkar, Poonawala or a third person
