30-year-old dies of drug overdose in Sangrur

SANGRUR: A 30-yearold man allegedly died of a drug overdose at the washroom in Kaula Park on Thursday. He was found unconscious inside the washroom by a passerby. He was rushed to the local civil hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead. The health officials are suspecting it as a case of a drug overdose. Medical officer Jasdeep Kaur, said, “There are multiple marks on his veins. It might be from taking drugs. However, the actual reason will be ascertained after the post-mortem.”
