RGNUL asked to refund 50% of hostel rent during Covid-19 period

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab and Haryana high court has directed the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL), Patiala to refund 50% of the amount, it had collected for hostel facility at the college before, Covid-19 pandemic that started in March 2020 and lockdowns had to be imposed across the country.
