HC DISPOSES OF FRESH PLEA AGAINST RAGHAV CHADHA’S APPOINTMENT
CHANDIGARH : The Punjab and Haryana high court has disposed of a plea challenging Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha’s appointment as chairman state’s advisory panel.
The order was passed by chief justice RS Jha and justice Arun Palli on the plea of an advocate, Jagmohan Singh Bhatti, after state’s counsel told the bench that all documents related to appointment have been supplied to the petitioner lawyer.
The lawyer had filed an application in an earlier plea alleging that state had not acted on the high court order.
