Nov 28 restricted holiday in Haryana

CHANDIGARH : Haryana has declared November 28 a restricted holiday in all government offices, boards and educational institutions in view of the martyrdom day of guru Teg Bahadur. A notification in this regard has been issued, said an official spokesperson.
