KANPUR: School education department officials in Kanpur have launched an inquiry into allegations that a school teacher used a power drill on a 11-year-old student’s hand on Friday. According to reports, the teacher, Anuj Kumar, is alleged to have used a power drill to punish the class 5 student as he forgot the multiplication table of two.
