MYSTERY PERSISTS OVER ORDER ASKING NIA OFFICER TO PACK UP AND RETURN TO BHOPAL

-

There are no clear answers why the ACC reversed its decision to order National Investigation Agency’s inspector general Sanjeev Kumar Singh to pack up and return to Bhopal. One theory being pushed is that the extension was a mistake, and it was corrected as soon as it was detected. But could this mean anything? It could mean the decision to extend Singh’s tenure was a mistake or someone proposed to give him an extension when the idea was to turn it down. If the second one reflects what happened, it might be time for someone else to go home too.
