Akhilesh hits out at Yogi on law and order, calls UP unsafe

LUCKNOW: Attacking chief minister Yogi Adityanath over “quick succession of incidents” in UP, Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday said he would not ask the CM to resign but would urge the people to dislodge him and his party. Flashing pictures and reports, Akhilesh said no place in UP was safe. “Police were prompt in tracking down and arresting potato farmers but are clueless about back-to-back dacoities and incidents of crime that have rattled the state,” he told reporters.
