The government on Friday also granted administrative approval and expenditure sanction for the construction of a new hospital at Burari at the cost of ₹265.80 crore.

The LG said the May 2015 home ministry notification, which gives LG control of ‘services’ still remains valid as the SC did not quash it. If defiance of SC orders continue, functioning in Delhi will become difficult. Further clarity regarding the ‘services’ matter and other issues will come when the appeals pending before the regular bench of the Supreme Court are heard. The judgment is being studied.
