SURVIVOR ALSO WROTE TO CJI

On July 12, the Unnao rape survivor wrote to the Chief Justice of India, the Allahabad HC and several UP government departments against intimidation

The letter said “people” had come to her house and threatened to put her family in prison if she did not withdraw the cases

The letter was placed on Tuesday afternoon before the CJI, who asked the secretary general of the court to prepare a note on the matter
