Sachin urges fans to back Indian T20 team

NEW DELHI: Sachin Tendulkar urged Indian fans not to judge the team merely by their 10-wicket semi-final T20 World Cup loss to England. “It was a tough game, 170-0 (by England) is a bad defeat, rather disappointing. But we have been the world No 1 T20 side and to get to that spot, it doesn’t happen overnight. In sport, these ups and downs are there. It cannot be that “victory is ours and loss is theirs”. We should be in it together,” he said.
