Chief minister for effective training of vaccinators
LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday asked for effective training of the vaccinators for Covid-19 in Uttar Pradesh.
He said the state government had launched a training programme to impart training to the vaccinators on Monday. He said training should be imparted to the vaccinators in a simple language to make the trainees understand the vaccination process better. He said directives had been issued for storage and maintaining an effective cold chain and expeditious and effective action should be taken for implementation of directives.
Yogi was reviewing the Covid-19 situation at a high level meeting at his official residence here. He said effective system for treatment of and protection against Covid-19 should be maintained. He said facilities for even better treatment of Covid-19 patients should remain available in
Uttar Pradesh.
He asked for bringing about an improvement in the medical systems in all the government medical institutes in the state. He said the state government’s top priority was to provide quality medical systems to the people and they should be educated about measures for protection against Covid-19. Yogi said specialists/ doctors should take rounds of Covid wards and sufficient availability of medicines, medical equipment and oxygen should be ensured in hospitals. He said public address system should be used to educate people about measures for protection against Covid-19.
He said state government was taking effective action to check spread of Covid-19 and effective arrangement for medical testing of Covid-19 should continue and sufficient number of RTPCR and Rapid Antigen tests should be carried out on day to day basis. He asked tor running integrated command and control centre with full vigour.
