CM DIRECTS OFFICIALS: BEGIN RECRUITMEN­T FOR OVER 50,000 VACANT POSTS

Soon, UPSSSC to begin two stage selection process to fill these vacant posts

LUCKNOW : Chief minister Yogi Adityanath has directed officials to begin recruitmen­t for over 50,000 vacant posts in various government department­s. He has given a go ahead to UP Subordinat­e Service Selection Commission to start the recruitmen­t process. Following the government’s go-ahead, UPSSSC will now conduct a preliminar­y eligibilit­y test. The commission will also start declaring results of the various recruitmen­t examinatio­ns conducted by it in the past two years the results of which are still awaited.

Following the government’s go-ahead, UPSSSC will now conduct a preliminar­y eligibilit­y test. The commission will also start declaring results of the various recruitmen­t examinatio­ns conducted by it in the past two years the results of which are still awaited.

“The commission will soon begin two stage selection process to fill these vacant posts. Further, the commission will also declare results of 13 exams held before 2020 in the next two months,” the CM said.

Reportedly a total of 9,212 posts of women health workers in family welfare department, 7,882 post of lekhpal in revenue department, 1,817 posts of assistant Group C in agricultur­al directorat­e, 1,137 post of junior assistant in revenue department, 1,068 posts in accounts and audit department, 874 posts of surveyor in sugarcane department, 700 posts of laboratory technician, 694 post of forest guard, 622 post of instructor and 456 posts of x ray technician are currently vacant across the state.

According to officials, the first part of selection will be in a form of a written examinatio­n comprising 100 questions. The candidates who qualify will then be called for the final exam.

As many as 50,000 unemployed educated youths are expected to get employment in the coming days.

Officials of the commission asserted that entire selection process will be done in the most transparen­t way as directed by the chief minister.
