Farmer found strangled in trans-Yamuna area

PRAYAGRAJ : A 70-year-old man was strangled in Rera village under Bara police station of the trans-Yamuna area on Tuesday morning. On the basis of a complaint given by the man’s relatives, an FIR was lodged against his daughter-in-law and a youth and the duo was taken into custody for further questioning, police said. Primary investigations pointed towards Badri Prasad’s daughter-in-law, Urmila, who was in an affair with one Virendra of the same village.
