I have never used steroids or growth hormones because they have temporary benefits but their side effects are catastroph­ic. I follow a balanced diet with a proper mix of carbohydra­te and protein. I have quit smoking and drinking. I have a sweet tooth, so whenever I crave for sweets, I eat protein bars. I keep changing my workout regime so that my body doesn’t get used to it. I work out for 45 minutes only and take proper rest. I also include green salads and citrus fruits in my diet. I detoxify my body with green tea and three litres of water. I drink black coffee before workout. I run and do sprints every alternate day. Diet: For breakfast, I have oats with one scoop of protein. Four egg whites make for my brunch. For lunch, it’s quinoa and chicken breasts. In the evening, I have orange juice. I have green salad and fish for dinner and before going to sleep, I have zero sodium content protein shake
