Lord Shiva inspires artists at International Kala Mela

International Kala Mela, being held at IGNCA, New Delhi, celebrated the vigour and enthusiasm of Shivaratri with complete fervour. There were clay modelling workshops, painting competition and workshops and piano performance by ace Hungarian artist Norbert Kael.
