The lavish spread includes a farm-to-table salad bar, and a lavish European, Asian and India buffet. Hot Nibbles on Wheels to your table, Antipasti Bar, bread and cheese station, Arabic Mezze, ensure that you have a drool-worthy meal.

The menu from Tapastry (featuring hot and cold selections) by Pullman includes Braised Pork Belly with Cabbage Puree, Pickled Radish and Spiced Jus, Chorizo with Rocket and Parmesan, Fruit Terrine with Whipped Cream, Pomegranat­e Seeds, Arancini, Spicy Marinara.
