Gear up for the bigger and better in Deadpool 2
When Deadpool released in 2016, it was an instant blockbuster and went to become the biggest R-rated superhero film of all time. Today, the Merc with a Mouth is coming back with his X-Force team to take on the villainous super soldier, Cable.
Both Ryan Reynolds, who plays the titular role and Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh, who voices the character in the Hindi dubbed version of the film, are quirky as they come. Reynolds’ ability to conjure laughs from pain throughout the movie and Ranveer’s impeccable sense of humour, is a huge USP for this film. And joining Reynolds is, Josh Brolin, who after mes- merising audiences as the menacing Marvel villain Thanos, is essaying Cable, the arch nemesis of Deadpool, in the new film.
An industry insider says, “Globally, Deadpool 2 has been receiving much love and appreciation from the critics and the reviews have been outstanding. Even the early reviews from India have been hailing this film as the best super-hero film of the year. This has just fuelled the enthusiasm of fans.
