Siblings Neil and Naman are mad and fun: Adah
She is working with siblings Neil Nitin Mukesh and Naman Nitin Mukesh in an upcoming film and actor Adah Sharma says it is a fun experience to be on the sets with the brothers as they share a great camaraderie.
Adah and Neil star in Naman’s directorial debut, Bypass Road. Talking about the duo, the actor says, “They are both quite mad. But they are fun. I like it that way. They are both very honest to each other and to me. So, it was very nice to have that kind of comfort.”
Adah, who is currently shooting for the film, is all praise for her co-star Neil and the director: “Both of them are really sorted. They know what they are doing. They are really taking care of me to see that I look good and act well.”
The actor also dropped a few hints about the story of Bypass Road and says the film is similar to the Hollywood film Me Before You (2016). “It is a different role for me,” says Adah, who started her career with a horror film — 1920, which released in 2008 — and went on to do romantic comedies and action films.
Adah says that she is always on the lookout for different types of roles and also does not want to repeat herself.
“I don’t want to repeat my roles. Even in my Telugu career, I have not repeated my roles. It was really tough because there are films where you have to be the same person and people give you the same type of thing. I am really that happy that directors see potential in you,” she shares.
Talking about her upcoming ventures,
Adah adds, “I will share screen space with Prabhudheva. The film is called Charlie Chaplin 2 and am playing a psychology student. My role in it is inspired by that of Julia Roberts in My Best Friend’s Wedding.”
