Pak court restrains govt from arresting Hafiz Saeed
LAHORE: A Pakistani court on Wednesday ordered the federal and the Punjab governments not to arrest or place under house arrest alleged Mumbai attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed until further orders. On January 23, the JuD chief approached the court and sought protection from possible arrest or house arrest under alleged pressure from the US and India. The court granted the authorities time till April 4 to file their replies.
