March 16, 2018: A pillion rider died after the motorcycle he was on was hit by a speeding car coming from the wrong side in the Rajiv Chowk underpass. May 6: Two people died and a woman co-pilot with a commercial airliner was severely injured when the cab they were travelling in collided with an SUV that was being driven on the wrong side in the Cyber City-DLF Phase 1 underpass. May 17: Woman sustained minor injuries when her car overturned and hit the side pavement as she applied brakes to avoid crashing into an auto rickshaw that had suddenly changed lanes inside the Rajiv Chowk underpass. May 17: A cab driver rammed his car on the side of the pavement at DLF Phase 1 underpass. June 25: 31-year-old businessman died when his car met with an accident at the Rajiv Chowk underpass. June 28: Two persons were injured in two different accidents that took place in the wee hours. One at the Rajiv Chowk underpass near Medanta Hospital, and another one at the exit of the same underpass near the Mini Secretariat. Sept 11: Satish Yadav, 33, a Delhi police constable, was rising home when his motorcycle was hit at the Rajiv Chowk bidirectional underpass. He succumbed to his injuries on Jan 10. 2019

Jan 5: A motorcyclist was killed and pillion rider injured in an accident inside the DLF Phase-1 underpass, after their motorcycle was hit by a speeding multi-utility vehicle.
