Commuters can download the Mobycy application and submit their Aadhaar card or driver’s licence to fulfill the service’s ‘know your customer’ (KYC) requirements
The app will allow them to scan a QR code on the vehicle to unlock it
User charges are ₹5 to access an e-scooter, and subsequently ₹1 per minute of usage will be levied.
