YOG SE NIROG PROGRAMME
Considered most effective for improving immunity of patients under home isolation, innovative programme called, “Yog Se Nirog” was launched in the state at the behest of Chief Minister, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The programme has had magical impact as many patients under home isolation recovered fully and more are recovering. Indian Yog Association trained and certified volunteers and government yog teachers are working hand in hand by providing needful advisory through phone calls and video calls and also providing personal counseling to keep their morale higher.
