Mahakaleshwar temple flooded

UJJAIN: The sanctum-sanctorum of the Mahakaleshwar temple here was inundated following heavy rains since the last three days. The water entered into the Nandi Hall and sanctum-sanctorum of the temple - , one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in the country — forcing the priests to perform the early morning Bhasma Arti in knee-deep water, a temple official said.
