Karnal school asked to re-admit 25 expelled students
KARNAL: The Child Welfare Council (CWC) on Wednesday directed a private school of the city to re-admit 25 expelled students with immediate effect.
On July 17, students of Dyal Singh Public School, Sector 7, here were expelled after their school fee cheques were bounced in the banks and the parents had allegedly refused to clear their dues for the past more than a year.
In an interim order issued on Wednesday, judicial magistrate Surinder Singh Mann, head of the CWC, said that decision of the school authorities caused emotional and psychological stress on the students.
