PVR posts `58-cr net profit in April-June

NEW DELHI: Movie theatre chain PVR posted a consolidated net profit of `58.05 crore during April-June, against `7.66 crore a year ago. The company plans to raise `500 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures and `350 crore via allotment of preferential shares.
