Apna Ghar case: Victims say they were taken for dance parties, filmed nude
PANCHKULA: In a resumed hearing in Apna Ghar sexual exploitation case on Wednesday before the CBI Speical Court here, three victims made chilling statements.
A 17-year-old victim said they used to be taken outside the shelter home for dance parties and the money earned there was used to be kept by accused Jaswanti Devi, who was caretaker of Apna Ghar. She added that it was driver Satish, an accused, who used to come along while they were taken in a vehicle.
CBI counsel DS Chawla infor med that the girl had specifically made allegations against Jaswanti Devi and her daughter Simmi, also an accused, for filming them nude. She also said they were used to be taken to agriculture fields of accused Jaswant, brother of Jaswanti Devi, for labour and there once Jai Bhagwan, son-in-law of Jaswanti Devi, had molested one girl also. The victim said a police officer used to come to the shelter home and had close relations with Jaswanti Devi.
A 20-year-old victim also made similar allegations about being taken for dance parties and filmed nude. She also complained of being molested. She added that Jai Bhagwan raped a physically challenged victim before her eyes, who later delivered a baby also.
It is important to note that the CBI did not get any evidence of nude photos from Apna Ghar.
A 13-year-old boy told the court that he was being beaten by Jai Bhagwan. He added that he was being denied food and forcefully made to drink liquor too. He is a son of an inmate. HTC
