Archbishop of Canterbury calls for dialogue in Pak
The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, began a two-day visit to Pakistan on Saturday by calling for greater inter-faith dialogue to achieve peace and development for all. During a meeting with foreign policy chief Sartaj Aziz, Welby appreciated the steps taken by the Pakistan government to fight terrorism and to protect minorities rights. In a speech earlier this month, the Archbishop had said Pakistan continues to see widespread attacks on Christians and their churches.
