Court disqualifies BJP MLA from Gadchiroli

NAGPUR: More than two years after he won the gadchiroli assembly elections by about 52,000 votes, the nagpur bench of the bombay high court on thursday disqualified bjp legislator, dr deorao madguji holi, from the membership of the state assembly. the court responded to an election writ petition filed by forward bloc candidate narayan jambhule who contended that dr holi could not contest polls as he continued to be a medical officer in the government hospital then.
