Man accuses Huda of favouring senior bureaucrat

GURGAON: Sixty-one-year-old Hemant Kumar has accused the Haryana urban development authority (Huda) of giving undue favour to a senior bureaucrat in a plot allotment issue. He said the law stipulates that all stakeholders in a land allotment process have to be treated equally.Kumar and the bureaucrat had obtained plots of 500 sq yards each through an open draw in 2004 in Sector 57. They paid 10% of the plot rates at the time of applying for the same.
