Plant closure: PSPCL staff to meet Rana Gurjit

BATHINDA: Irate employees of Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) will meet minister Rana Gurjit Singh in Chandigarh on Wednesday on issue of closure of Guru Nanak Dev Thermal Plant, Bathinda, and two units of Guru Gobind Singh Super Thermal Power Plant in Rupnagar. The employees have been staging protests against the state government decision to close the plant from January 1.
