NEED TO STRENGTHEN CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM

The horrific incident of a minor girl’s rape and murder in Pakistan is unfortunate and deserves condemnation. Unfortunately, the two neighbours are constantly fighting over issues instead of strengthening justice-delivery system. Both must shift their energies and resources to address issues of poverty and discrimination against weaker sections of the society rather than spending millions on war machines.
