Punjab irrigation and power minister Rana Gurjit Singh and his son are facing the music for their acts of alleged illegalities and misuse of power. While in opposition, the Congress had made a hue and cry over sand mafia run allegedly with connivance and patronage of the previous Akali-BJP government. Now, the Capt Amarinder-led government has been caught on the wrong foot.
