PEOPLE’S FAITH IN DEMOCRATIC PROCESS

The high turnout in Chhattisgarh polls is an indication that the voters of the state are fed up with the Maoists and their violent ways. Despite threats, the voters turned out in large numbers, indicating their faith in the democratic process. Now, with the formation of the new government in the state, let’s hope peace is restored and people get basic facilities in health, education and employment sectors.
