FIR after posters asking Jats to not vote for BJP surface in Rohtak
ROHTAK : The Rohtak Police on Friday registered a case against unidentified persons after posters asking Jats to not vote for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) came up across the city. Police said some people installed these hoardings during night time and closed-circuit television cameras (CCTVs) were being scanned to catch them. Meanwhile, All India Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti that is leading a campaign against government for not providing reservation to the Jat community denied having any role in these hoardings. All India Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti general secretary Ashok Balhara maintained they had nothing to do with it.
