Man arrested with 21 gm heroin

HISAR: Police on Friday arrested a youth and recovered 21 gm heroin from his possession in Fatehabad district . Police said the accused, who has been identified as Lakhan alias Vikki Kumar, is a resident of Badopal village of Fatehabad district. He was arrested by the crime investigation agency (CIA) of the police following a tip-off, they said. The cops said the accused purchased heroin from Delhi and was supposed to sell it in Badopal area.
