Class-12 boy shot dead by friend after tiff in Bathinda

A class-12 student was shot dead by his friend after a heated argument at Mehna Chowk here, police said on Sunday. Police said Raminder Singh and his friends were making arrangements for the Basant Panchami festival when an altercation broke out between him and one Lalit, who later opened fire at him.
